Density has scheduled maintenance on June 25, from 11:59 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. ET to make changes to our backend systems. We expect minimal downtime while backend applications restart. During any downtime, your Entry sensor's data will remain intact. Entry sensors store count data locally and send time-stamped data back to the platform as soon as the platform comes back online. We do not anticipate a significant impact to any Open Area or Waffle data during the short timeframe our services may be offline.
